BBQ, Hot Dogs, Burgers ...... and Lots of Fun!

On Friday, August 14th, the Council sponsored a BBQ and Cook-out Picnic at Bowater Park, which was open to anyone who wanted to come.   The shelter (inside and out) was packed with Knights, their children, their grandchildren, and their parish friends. Some came at 4 and enjoyed all the day had to offer .... others came after a hard week at work .... and in spite of a pretty good downpour around 6 (that even put out the charcoal in the grill!), all had a good time and shared in something there’s way too little of in 2009 .... family-friendly fun, interaction, and relaxation!
